The Miga team

Jarrad received his MD and MBA at Stanford University. Before founding Miga, he led corporate strategy and digital innovation at Myovant Sciences, a public biotech company. The company received multiple FDA approvals in women’s health and prostate cancer during his tenure.
Before joining Myovant, Jarrad worked as a physician, researcher, and consultant across the spectrum of health and healthcare, including at Brigham and Women’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School, The Colorado Health Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Collective Health. From a young age, he experienced firsthand how limited access to healthcare can undermine health — so Miga’s mission is deeply personal to him.

Dre received his Bachelor of Software Engineering with Honors at Monash University in Australia. Before founding Miga, he was General Manager of Patient Enrollment at TrialSpark, a tech-enabled biotech company accelerating clinical trials so patients can get life-saving treatments faster. He has also developed software products for some of the largest and most reputable health systems and research hospitals in Australia.
Dre has been captivated by technology’s ability to improve health since high school, while becoming increasingly aware of the inequities in healthcare throughout his career. These experiences drive his commitment to creating a future that leaves no one behind.

Grace received her MD and MBA at Stanford University. She completed Internal Medicine residency at University of California, San Francisco, where she participated in the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Primary Care Track, which focused on health systems leadership and health equity.
Grace is a primary care physician at the Teton Free Clinic in Jackson, Wyoming. She previously served as Medical Director of Population Health for Ventura County Health Care Agency Ambulatory Care and as physician lead for Whole Person Care, a program under Medicaid's CalAIM Initiative to provide Enhanced Care Management to Ventura County's most vulnerable Medicaid enrollees.

Rich received his MD and MBA at Stanford University. He completed Internal Medicine residency at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) / Harvard Medical School, where he received dedicated training in primary care, health systems, and population health.
Rich serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Restore Hyper Wellness and is the Founder of VIM Medicine, an independent clinical practice that combines proactive healthcare with the latest science and strategies in fitness, nutrition, and human performance. He previously was an attending physician in Obesity Medicine at the BWH Center for Weight Management and Wellness. He is also the Founding Director of Vital CxNs , a nonprofit that catalyzes collective action to advance community health and health equity in underserved Boston communities.

Tara earned her MS in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University and brings over 15 years of diverse medical experience to the table. She specializes in family medicine and obesity medicine, and is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association.
Before coming on board at Miga, Tara served as a virtual primary care clinician at Eden Health. Earlier in her career, she worked in solid organ transplant care at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, managed inpatient cases at Memorial Sloan Kettering within the Leukemia and Lymphoma team, and gained Hematology/Oncology experience at Children's Hospital Boston.

Meagan received her Master of Science in Nutrition / Didactic Program in Dietetics (MSN/DPD) at Bastyr University . Before joining Miga, she was a registered dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she supported patients with obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Massachusetts General Hospital /
Harvard Medical School
Dr. Honigberg is a clinician-investigator in the Cardiology Division at Massachusetts General Hospital, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Associate Member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. His laboratory leverages multi-pronged approaches to improve cardiovascular risk prediction and prevention with focus areas that include cardiovascular disease in women and cardiovascular aging.
Dr. Honigberg is also a practicing clinical cardiologist focused on cardiovascular disease prevention, women’s heart health, and general non-invasive cardiology. He received his MD at Harvard Medical School.
More than 80% of cardiovascular disease is preventable, but the American healthcare system frequently falls short of delivering high-quality preventive care. I’m excited to work with Miga to expand access to effective, evidence-based preventive cardiometabolic care to enable patients to live longer and better."

Duke University School of Medicine
Dr. Pagidipati is an Associate Professor of Medicine and cardiovascular disease prevention specialist at Duke University School of Medicine. Since 2011, she has conducted research on cardiometabolic disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and weight management.
Dr. Pagidipati is currently building the Duke Cardiometabolic Disease Prevention Program, which focuses on behavior change and risk factor management in patients with high risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity. She received her MD at Harvard University Medical School and her MPH at the Harvard School of Public Health.
There’s a huge gap between what we know we should be doing to prevent cardiometabolic disease in patients, and what is actually occurring in routine clinical care. I am excited to partner with Miga to bring evidence-based, guideline-recommended care to patients more broadly."
